“Our shower broke on Saturday night, the water still running. We would have had to go through the rest of the weekend with no water. Nathan came quickly and was able to shut off the water to the shower. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, etc. so we understood. We decided at that point to sign up for the year long program as our home is older. Even with the monthly fee, it's well worth the HVAC inspection and tune up, plus water heater drain made it so worth it. He returned Tuesday morning to install a new shower head and handle for us. Everything is very neat and clean after he was done. Thank you, Nathan!”
