“Jonathon Cox was right on time to clean our dryer vent and did a great job. Unfortunately he and the other young man with him had to take down two bifold doors and remove a small countertop to access the back of the dryer and then reassemble once the job was complete. It was definitely an inconvenience but they did it “with a smile” and I was very grateful. Great guys – pleasant, courteous and professional.”

“Terry Spurling and his assistant did a thorough inspection, but the quote given was way too vague. No model number, but suffice it to say that the quote(s) were 4 x higher than I expected. He used an ink pen that smeared after I spilled water on the quote. (So it was difficult to read the quote) I wasn’t sure what six emergency stops he was referring to, but am assuming he’s talking about the shut off valves. Didn’t explain why a tankless water heater would need to be moved to the water softener room. (Especially since my heating and a/c coils are in the same room as the water heater now)”

“Brandon Ide is wonderful! He came to provide an estimate for cleaning our duct work and dryer vent. Once he had examined the furnace, he informed me that we were in pretty good shape and unless we had bad allergies, we really didn't need a cleaning. In addition, he examined the humidifier filter and told me the model number that I needed to order as a replacement; there was a problem with the water valve that supplies the humidifier and he solved that issue; he examined the furnace filter and provided advice on the thickness of the filter that would fit better. Very personable as well as professional and I highly recommend him.”
