“Well if I could leave zero stars I would have. I was on the schedule to have outdoor water spigots connected to city water- a 2-3 hour job at most. Job was originally scheduled on a Tuesday for the 8-10 time frame for work to be done on Friday. We paid the deposit (which apparently is non refundable), received a phone call the next day giving me a different time for later in the day 12:30-2:30. Received phone call late afternoon on the day work was to be done letting me know they weren’t going to be able to do the job on the day scheduled. Apparently a couple “emergency” jobs were put in front of my job. To me bottom line tells me my small job wasn’t important enough to Summers. In fact, I was told they may not have had everything from the supply house that was needed for my job. Since Summers did not complete the work on the agreed day and time the deposit/diagnostic fee should be refunded
Again, my small job wasn’t important to them since they weren’t even prepared.
They kept trying to get me to reschedule but I was off work today so the work could be done.
PATHETIC way to do business. Oh in case you are wondering, we won’t be signing a service agreement with Summers.
We have done business with Summers in the past and were satisfied with those services but it seems there is no loyalty to repeat customers.”

“Mark was responsive and polite, showed up when he said he would, did everything he promised to do, and left all work areas clean and tidy. If there was one thing I wish had happened, I wish he would have used a quarter turn angle stop for my ice maker line rather than an old-style multiturn valve. However, I didn't specifically ask for that and wasn't present when he made the repair, so I will know to be more specific next time. All in all, Mark is an asset to your team, and I would gladly have him work at my house for any future repairs.”

“Chis went above and beyond while servicing our a/c unit. I am 75 years old and have back problems. I had to disconnect my drip system from the faucet because I had tangled up the hose when I installed it this spring so that Chris could use the faucet to clean the coils. After Chis completed the service and had left, I went out to reconnect my hose and drip and to my great surprise, Chris had reconnected the drip system and rerolled the hose correctly on the hanger. He clearly went above and beyond and I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. Thank you, Chris!”
