“I usually do not leave reviews but felt that the Summers manager Matt and service technician Kyle deserve recognition. For the past 3 years I have been having Summers come to service my air and furnace. Two years ago they replaced both as the original were 20 years old. Kyle came out yesterday and found rust by the burner from moisture in the basement but also noticed I do have a dehumidifier. Rather then just say nothing Summers can do Kyle called me back and himself and Matt are going the distance to fix the problem without cost to me. As a 100% disabled Nan vet marine corp I am on a fixed income. We have a saying in the marines “Semper Fi” meaning always faithful, so to all my brother vets and families I would highly recommend Summers for your maintenance needs.”
