“Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for an install estimate for a home water filtration system and water softener. Wanted $99 for that. No show and called after 5 PM to say they wouldn’t be coming. Took the afternoon off work to wait for the 2 PM appointment. Lost a customer and will NEVER recommend this company!”
