“After numerous meter checks by the water company it was determined that I had a water line leak between the water main and my house. Summers was called to inspect and render a quote for repair/replacement…… I chose Summers. Due to some unexpected problems: Utilities were not marked as promised necessitating an emergency call; outside contractors were late in arrival; plus problems with the line location all led to unnecessary delays in the work Summers was to perform.,. All in all, Summers and Caleb persisted and were successful in making the necessary repairs although it took A LOT MORE TIME than anticipated. Caleb was professional, knowledgeable, customer orientated and determined. The only reason for the slight decline in this review was due to the unexpected problems encountered, which were NOT the fault of Summers.”
