FYI : Brian the trainee was super excited about his employment with Summers, being trained said he was really thrilled that he was getting this chance to learn a trade, had so much praise for his trainer and what all he has learnt in a short time. I observed and Dylan was explaining the lighting of the furnace, told him what the red and green signal represented flashing something was not right. Brian reviewed right then. I feel Brian is hungry to learn become a great employee.. Made my day to see a young man so enthusiastic for the opportunity to better himself..Dylan was very good at his training and his work knowledge.
