I am so confidant with our preventative maintenance that I did agree to additional services (duct cleaning on their seasonal special). My goodness this was amazing. But Zack’s knowledge and competence inspired me to take care of our system. Geothermal heating and cooling is like a foreign language but Zack took additional time and demonstrated his patience and people skills to teach us what we need to know to get the best and most out of our system.
