“Prior to leaving this review, I contacted the manager for a solution but no solution was found, nor refund provided. I was quoted $1100 for a job that took 90 minutes with little material cost. The job was not communicated well to me or the contractor I was working with who initially provided the referral. My contractor apologized to me for the job that was done and encouraged me to reach out for a refund. In addition, the customer service line is very automated with an AI bot that attempts to manage any questions you have very ineffectively. Overall not a good experience. I usually look at issues like this with the mindset "would this person do this kind of job in their own house" and in this case, I can assume that answer would be no, hence the low satisfaction. You can tell this is a large business who prioritizes volume, and I will be looking for an independent plumber in the future.”
