“Once again, the service that I received from this employee owned and operated business was outstanding. Bryan contacted me 1/2 hour before arriving for the scheduled service call. After showing him where the problem was appearing and describing the circumstances that occurred when I started noticing a problem, Bryan was able to see the leaking and gave me 3 possibilities, also stating that the problem would be corrected in this visit. It turned out to be a faulty wax ring ; Bryan replaced it. My house was treated with respect, as was I.”

“Summers failed to deliver timely support when I reported a leaking water heater. After long call waits and repeated virtual agents, I was told service was unavailable that day unless I had no hot water and when I called again later to say the leak was worsening, the virtual agent said someone would call me the next day. When a real rep called me back I had already found another company ready and willing to provide service that evening. This experience makes me question the value of a paying for a membership with Summers. I shouldn’t have to fight for basic service.”
