He explained any question I had for him and did it in a way I didn’t feel..less than. He’s so passionate when he talks about how a furnace works. “Our shower broke on Saturday night, the water still running. We would have had to go through the rest of the weekend with no water. Nathan came quickly and was able to shut off the water to the shower. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, etc. so we understood. We decided at that point to sign up for the year long program as our home is older. Even with the monthly fee, it's well worth the HVAC inspection and tune up, plus water heater drain made it so worth it. He returned Tuesday morning to install a new shower head and handle for us. Everything is very neat and clean after he was done. Thank you, Nathan!”

He was able to service the unit quickly and fix 2 problems, despite it being in the attic. Then, he expedited getting me a part the furnace needed, and even made a return trip before the end of business to complete that repair also. I am so happy with the work he has done.
