“Made appointment for yearly maintenance inspection (need to book months ahead). On the day of the appointment and well into the window they were to arrive, received a text notification cancelling the appointment. Rescheduled through automated text for the following week. Reminder sent by the company the day before, confirming the appointment. No show during the time window, so called customer service number who couldn’t confirm the appointment so transferred me to “dispatch “ for Fort Wayne, Indiana. They obviously couldn’t find my appointment but did transfer me to Yorkville dispatch. Phone rang a few times and then disconnected me. Called dispatch again and went to voicemail. Left message regarding the status of my appointment. 5-10 minutes after I left the message, I received text message identical to the week before cancelling appointment due to emergency calls. Called customer service and advised them to cancel appointment , cancel my service contract, and issue an appropriate refund of my service fees I had been paying every month. 5 minutes later I received a call and suddenly they could have a technician there within an hour. Apparently if you make noise, you come an emergency.Their technicians are good (although will always try to sell something else) but the customer service side is terrible.”
