“I called Summers for a clogged basement main. The plumber that came out charged $99 for the call and said there was nothing they could do. Told me they needed someone to come out and run a camera ($750 charge) and charged me $99 just for coming out. Tried to push some kind of monthly membership program on me for 11.99 a month. I called Roto Rooter who hydro jetted my drain, cleared the clog and set up an appointment for the next day to run a camera for free. Beware of the scam of people that don’t even care about family.”
